How do we support young people who are not employed in the education process? Can social entrepreneurship be an adequate empowerment mechanism for this group of young people? What do the counselors who work with them and who prepare them for further career steps need? These are some of the questions we are trying to answer through the activities of the project "Reinforcement of support structures for NEETs in the entrepreneurial field."
On 15th and 16th of May 2022, a transnational partners' meeting was held in the the Belgrade open school with the aim of further planning project activities that include training for counsellors who will work with NEET youth.
At the very beginning, the group went through the action plan together, they discussed the deadlines for the upcoming activities, possible challenges and potential changes to the plan. After that, the representatives of the Belgrade open school presented the content of the training that will be held in September in the Terrassa. The partners discussed with future trainers additional proposals and opportunities to improve the content and methodology of the training. Then, the representatives of SOS Pulse and AVITEM from France are presented the plan for the dissemination events that will take place in the coming period.
