NEW EDITION OF 52nd NEWSLETTER ‘’LET’S TALK ABOUT NEGOTIATION’’

10. Oct 2019.

In the triple issue of the Newsletter read about current topics related to the responsibility of the authorities in Serbia, the Berlin Process, EU enlargement, air pollution, and others. In the topic of the issue “Serbia and the EU – Searching for the enlargement”, we analyzed why the progress of Serbia and the Western Balkans in the process of the European Integration is indecisive and hesitant even after almost 20 years. In the text “The Berlin Process – What has happened and what will happen next”, we wrote about the fatigue felt by all participating parties in the Berlin Process, as well as about possible steps that could maintain the momentum of this dialogue in the future. Also, in this issue of the newsletter, you can read about the air pollution in the Western Balkans, confirmed by international organizations and the EU, but ignored by the governments in the region despite the appeals of citizens. We have discussed this in the text “Winter Air, Game of Thrones and the Western Balkans”. Also, we presented the new publication “50 questions from you to the EU”, published by the Belgrade Open School and the partners within the YOU4EU project.
