The silent media revolution is underway - podcasts as new formats for information, education and entertainment are attracting more and more attention from users.

For example, according to reports for 2019, more than half of American users over the age of 12 listened to podcasts, while 75% of them came up with new information and ideas in this way. That is why it is not surprising that at the beginning of the quarantine, the podcast scene flourished. The number of podcasts on iTunes reached one million, and the number of available episodes exceeded 28 million. In just eight months, these numbers have almost doubled, with 1.8 million podcasts and more than 43 million episodes registered in January 2021. This trend is spilling over into Europe and Serbia where community podcasts are particularly evolving.
