The issue that this policy brief deals with is an insufficiently developed career guidance and counseling system in secondary schools in Serbia, despite the great potential which this system could have when it comes to solving current social issues such as high unemployment and youth inactivity. This document was made within the ‘’Career Guidance and Counseling in High Schools in Serbia – Situation Analysis and Next Steps’’ project, which was financed by Solidar Suisse – Office in Serbia.
