A guide for career planning and youth employment brings together the most important text pieces on career, made for training courses, as well as overviews of research results of training course participants. The goal is to inform those young people who haven’t familiarized themselves with the concept of career so far, and to help them make the right choices. An overview of the situation in the labour market is also provided, which contributes to the mobility of young people in the search for accomplishing their career goals. The Guide was made within the Career Academy project, with the financial support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
