Description: The collection was created within the project "OSF Alumni as Policy Advisers in EU integration of the Western Balkans" implemented by Belgrade Open School with the support of the Open Society Foundations (OSF). The publication is the result of a six-month research and writing process conducted by the Alumni of OSF Scholarship Programs from Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia, and Herzegovina and Serbia.
